"Pure Play ~ Journaling with Joy!"

Time:  9:00 am to 3:00 pm

Come and spend a day in the studio playing in your journal!  We will look at ways we can build more joy and playfulness into our lives.  It will be purely 'in the moment' and staying fully present to what we are thinking and feeling as we play.  This one is the sixth in the journal series, and should prove to be tons of fun, with depth and new understanding coming while we explore.  If you have not attended the other workshops in the series, this one can stand on it's own, and you are more than welcome to join us.

Snacks will be provided, but you will need to pack a lunch.  Maybe a peanut butter and jam sandwich might really suit the style of the day.  We want to be as open and playful as when we were kids.
